Shipping & Payment

Legally binding is exclusively the German version; this translation is provided for convenience only.

Payment Methods

You can pay conveniently and securely using the following payment methods:

• PayPal – fast payment with buyer protection.
• Advance payment / bank transfer – you will receive our bank details by e-mail after completing your order. Please state your order number as the payment reference.

The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract. In the case of advance payment, we dispatch the goods as soon as the payment amount has been received by us.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs depend on the value and weight of the order and are displayed transparently in the shopping cart as well as before the order is completed. From a goods value of €50, the flat-rate shipping costs charged are below the actual shipping costs.

Delivery

Dispatch takes place immediately after the payment amount has been credited, generally within 5 working days. On the day of dispatch you will receive a dispatch notification by e-mail. On-site collection is not possible.

The shipment is made at the seller's risk: in the case of transport damage or goods that have not arrived, we refund the purchase price or, by arrangement, provide an equivalent replacement.

Prices & Value Added Tax

All prices are final consumer prices. We apply the margin scheme pursuant to § 25a UStG to all items; a separate statement of value added tax therefore does not take place.

Withdrawal & Returns

Your statutory right of withdrawal is described in detail in the Withdrawal Policy. The refund takes place immediately after the return has been made.
